Bevan's here from the UK, so we caught up for lunch on the coast and took our cameras down to Red Rocks.
For those of you who haven't been there for a long time, there's a lot more parking there now. Some freshly washed up sea weed with it's roots.
Red Rocks is full of different textures. I really wish I'd brought my macro lens that day, there were some cool pieces of sea weed and other plants on the beach.

The waves were huge that day. There was an insane amount of sea foam on the waves.

Another nice shot, I like the way for foreground leads your eye in to the background.
The landscape around the area is just great. Specially in black and white which really emphasises the textures.

Some drift wood, though in this case drift log. The sand has worn away the softer parts if the timber leaving the visible texture.
