This is a Pseudoscorpian, it's also known as a False Scorpian or a Book Scorpian. It's related to spiders. It came in to my room one night attached the daddy long legs.
A closer view, as you can see it has a firm grip on this daddy long legs. They normally live under leaf litter, among other things eating booklice, mites and ants.
This is a great shot. It's still hanging on. Apparently it's quite common for pseudoscorpians to grab on to flying insects and move from location to location

Because of it's size we get a much better look at it's head. In the high res image, you start to see the texture on the eyes.
